Corporate Meeting Planners and Producers

PepsiCo, AT&T, Citibank, The New York Stock Exchange, among others, have relied on our event and entertainment services for almost 30 years. Initially, corporate meeting planners asked Michael Bongar for other additional top quality entertainment, and then finally, to take over the full event management of some of their major events. Our Special Events Director Julie Surrey handles full-service event production both nationally and in Asia.

Resource for other Production Companies

In the last 15 years, Michael Bongar produced entertainment for The Walt Disney Company's largest New York city events: The premiere of Pocahantas in Central Park with over 1,000,000 spectators, and Disney's Fifth Avenue Hercules parade. During this time, Michael Bongar also helped produce entertainment with Burson-Marsteller for the Bicentennial Celebration of the New York Stock Exchange. In 2000, Michael Bongar created a show with choreographer Peter Pucci for a larger production company and their worldwide IBM industrial shows; In 2006, he worked with another production company on their IBM sales meeting productions. For the past 10 years, BONGARBIZ has supplied entertainment for 5 different event production companies who produced the largest private corporate event in New York City, with 8,000 guests. In 2006, Bongarbiz was the sole entertainment provider for this event.

Casting and Consulting Resource

BONGARBIZ has provided specialty national and international talent for television shows, print ads, commercials and films. For instance, Michael has been a casting consultant and circus talent resource for feature film directors such as Bruce Beresford and Woody Allen - and a television casting resource (weekly) for LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, Conan O'Brien, and other New York City-based talk and variety shows. Since 2002, BONGARBIZ has been a casting consultant to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL in evaluating new circus acts and artists.

Cruise Ship and Theme Park supplier

In 2001, BONGARBIZ created a new cruise entertainment show for Bramson Productions, one of the largest suppliers of cruise ship entertainment in the country. In addition, BONGARBIZ has helped Bramson Productions supply entertainment for the world's leading cruise ships: The Queen Elizabeth II, Royal Caribbean and Holland America, among others. BONGARBIZ has also supplied entertainment to The Walt Disney World theme parks and cruise ships.
